Job description

Electrical Design Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturer based in near Swansea, South Wales. We are looking for individuals to join the Engineering teams.

The Role

Working in the design team you will be responsible for bringing customer projects to fruition, this will range from brand new projects to reverse engineering customers products. 

Main responsibilities

  • Reverse engineering
  • Electrical components
  • Creating schematic drawings
  • BOMs
  • Develop and revise wiring harness drawings.
  • Create and check documentation 
  • Provide training and support to shop floor staff

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience with Auto Cad
  • 3D Modelling & Design
  • Microsoft Office skills 
  • Knowledge of Electrical Wiring
