Sustaining Engineer

Would you like to play a key role in driving continuous improvement and delivering impactful changes to innovative products? We’re looking for a Sustaining Engineer to join a team dedicated to ensuring the success of products throughout their lifecycle, from post-launch support to manufacturing excellence.

In this role, you’ll lead the way in refining processes, and improving product designs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll analyse, develop, and implement changes to ensure seamless production and operational efficiency. Experience/Skills Required

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications (HND/HNC).
• SolidWorks proficiency
• Ideally experience in a regulated industry such as aerospace, automotive, or similar.
• Knowledge of design for manufacture (DFM/DFA), process validation, and improvement techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
