About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical client on a long-term project. Whether you’re seeking freelance flexibility or a permanent position, this role offers a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge data solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to process and transform complex datasets.
• Develop scalable data processing solutions using Python.
• Optimise and integrate data workflows on Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Support data-driven decision-making by delivering high-quality, ready-to-use data pipelines.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ETL and ELT processes.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services; experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of database systems and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering innovative data solutions.
