Job description
We're looking for Application Specialist who have experience with Agresso, focused on Finance and Purchase to Pay.
You will be joining our Swansea based client and will be based in the office whilst going through induction. You can work from home on a hybrid model on completion of your induction.
About the role
You will provide Application Management support to Agresso customers, in line with service levels (CSL’s/ KSL’s).
- Respond to support calls escalated from ICT and functional area help desks
- Maintain calls and problems records in the appropriate system.
- Coordinate fixes or workarounds as provided by the basis team or service provider
- Maintain and support ERP related application interfaces, batch processes and middleware
- Communicate problem status or resolution to end users
About You
- Knowledge and experience of business processes associated with finance and/or Purchase to pay
- Operational knowledge of shared service centres
