Buying Administrator - 6 months FTC - London

My client is a well established and very well known Media company who has offices across the UK. Due to the success of the company the Buying team requires a Buying Administrator to join the team in London.

This role is initially on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.


• To be the day to day contact for all the various internal and external interfaces that the role demands.
• To ensure all administrative elements of the department are maintained to a high standard at all times.
• To be responsible for the maintaining of all the buying systems, including Filemaker system, Relay and P.O. system. Ensuring all information is correctly input, accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensuring all schedules are always up-to date and all systems are reflective of the latest schedule information.
