Scrum Master / Agile Coach

  • Reference IP30338-JS
  • Salary £50,000 - £60,000
  • Location London
  • Job type Permanent

David Beckham’s right foot, Domino’s and Postman Pat; all renowned for their delivery skills in various guises. I know, they aren’t renowned for delivering Agile processes and methodologies (unless Beckham wore that sarong to be more Agile from a non-tech point of view!) but if you want to work for an exciting organisation where you can work on multiple, simultaneous projects then reach out.

The Company…
We are working with one of the largest, global consultancies; award winning, reputable and generally nice people. They work with multiple customers helping them to compliment teams with extra staffing, delivering new methodologies / strategies or helping to implement new technology stacks. With this role, you will be working in an established engineering team, supporting one of their most high-profile clients on a daily basis.

The Role…
Scrum Master / Agile Coach – pretty self-explanatory isn’t it…? You will be leading Scrums, coaching the current team in cross-functionality and co-ordinating all Agile methodologies / processes within the team. You’ll be the Sprint lead, help the wider team to understand processes required for the delivery of good outcomes and guide the Product Owner to maximise their value within the team.

About you…
You are an Agile advocate; living, breathing and executing Agile processes / methodologies on a daily basis. You will have the interpersonal skills to work well collaboratively within the team, whilst also being able to drive people forwards with projects. You’ll be pro-active, self-motivated and any other positive personality buzzwords you can think of!

Our ideal person…
We are looking for candidates with the below level of experience;
* Have a good level of demonstrable experience within a Scrum Master / Product Owner / Agile Coach position.
* Be certified as a Scrum Master (CSM, CSP, PSM I or PSM II – ideally the best and latter qualifications)
* Experienced working across multiple teams and implementing Agile processes / principles.

Still hear?! Good.
Simple as pie, get in touch, submit your CV and, if suitable, we’ll get in touch to tell you more about the role, the company and what the next stage in your career could look like.
