IntaPeople are working with a local client who has an ambitious strategic roadmap which will see the successful applicant involved in network, infrastructure and application projects across multiple vendors and technologies. A great opportunity to learn and make your mark within the team.

As the successful IT Support Technician you will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support and guidance to their end users, you will be working with the IT team to deliver projects and providing solutions to technical problems and requirements.
To apply for the IT Support Technician, you will be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• 3+ years’ experience working in an IT support capacity, managed service experience would be beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent working knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, WAN Technologies, VLAN’s and DHCP
• Good understanding of MS technology stack. Office 365, Windows 10+, Windows Server 2012+, Active Directory and Azure AD.

Any experience with the following would be desirable:

• Windows Deployment Services or similar
• Citrix XenApp/ XenDesktop
• CCNA Accredited
• VMWare
• SAN technologies
• Fortinet Firewalls
• MDM Solutions
• Telephony

You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, excellent organisation skills and attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Core hours of IT support are typically 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, there will occasionally be the need to support the IT team ‘out of hours’ during project delivery times.
