A dynamic software business located in central Cardiff is looking for a client facing Project Coordinator/Project Assistant to join their ever growing team. This is a pivotal position in the business sitting between the business itself and the company's end clients. They are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of software solutions and implementation projects and this role would suit people with a varied background. The client facing/external stakeholder aspect of the role is key.

Responsibilities:

Taking a key role in new client implementations and other projects; developing business analysis skills to transform client requirements into successfully configured solutions.
Taking responsibility for managing relationships with key client stakeholders. Proactively engaging with clients in order to encourage and support continued use of the system.
Preparing and delivering system training courses to client end-users.

Skills and qualifications:

An aptitude for building trust and strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
A strong aptitude and desire to work with software solutions to meet business requirements.
A proven ability to learn new software applications and/or business processes very rapidly.
Experience of managing projects or having a key role in a larger project team.
Experience in a technical support, client relationship management, or customer service role.
Experience of implementing software solutions, particularly SaaS solutions.
Experience of processing, analysing and/or reporting on large data sets.
