We have been appointed by a long-standing client of ours to source for a 1st Line Customer Support Engineer for a full time permenant position based in central London.

We need you to have a good understanding of IT terminology and processes, be a logical thinker and well organised in your approach.

The absolute key for this role is being a people person. We need someone who will be comfortable acting as the single point of contact in a busy London office for all customers walking past. You will be representing the IT department and good customer service / floorwalking experience would be extremely beneficial.

You’ll be working with a range of Microsoft Office products and helping on a busy site that will include face to face support as well as some telephone support and setting up audio / visual equipment for meetings.

You must have worked in a specific 1st Line Service Desk role before and you'll need decent Microsoft Office experience with the ability to perform administration tasks like resetting passwords, looking at permissions, Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory etc. Any ITIL or SCCM experience would also be beneficial.
