Our client is working “on the edge of possible” and we’re partnered with them to build their future C-level team. This role will hold massive responsibility and aim to bringing true value to workstreams that are currently being defined, as part of a team of thinkers who are responsible for the platform shape; looking at the team, tech, architecture and general future vision of the company.

What you’ll be doing…
The team are organising with growth in mind with an Agile & DevOps mindset from the off. j
However, these aren’t small scale, once the teams are built you will be responsible for delivery part of a global team of around 150 colleagues, managing multiple projects, improving the functionality of sprints and helping to build the blueprints which the company will grow on.

You’ll be liaising internally and externally with vendors / 3rd parties, working with stakeholders and create the roadmaps for success. You will be responsible for the Customer Enterprise Segment of the organisation, helping to blueprint the end-to-end architecture, the processes for customer interaction and the service lifecycle.
Within the role you will be working closely with senior Product Managers helping to create value streams throughout the delivery and platform teams – this is getting in on the ground floor, forming the shape of the company and its delivery for years to come…

Key outcomes here would be the on-time/on-budget delivery of key projects with the effective collaboration between the team to solve complex problems and achieve challenging outcomes.

About you…
We’re looking for someone who’s delivery and quality obsessed but in a good way; experience working in distributed scaled agile teams would be great!

You’ll need the ability to manage several scrum teams, ideally at portfolio / c-level engagements, across geographical varied locations as well as the understanding of the challenges that can create.
Ideally, you’ll have some formal certification within project management (Prince2, PMP, CSM etc) but experience to us is worth more! You’ll be comfortable leading the pack and guiding them to the light, issues don’t block you – you either fix them or find a workaround.

Background wise because of the business nature, experience with technology and process transformation in a sector like Maritime, Aviation or Telco environment would be great, but generally its someone whos pragmatic, outcome focussed, determined and dogged in the pursuit of goals!
