Helpdesk Support Analyst
1 month rolling contract to cover long term sickness

£15 p/h if you have your own limited company, slightly less take home pay if you need us to put you through an umbrella company

We are very urgently seeking an experienced 1st Line level Helpdesk Support Engineer who can also help with some Active Directory and Exchange user access queries as the company switches over to a new system next week. The role is only for a month initially but should last longer as it's to cover long term sickness.

If you would class yourself as a reliable person with a positive attitude we'd really love to hear from you if you can start in the centre of Newport towards the end of this week or from Monday the 8th of April.

Some basic Active Directory and Exchange skills with some previous helpdesk support experience are pretty much the only things we need. You also need to be very customer focused with strong communication skills as well as highly organised.

Please don't delay in applying if this sounds like you. We feel this role should be commutable by car or train from Cardiff, Newport, Pontypool, Cwmbran, Chepstow and Bridgend.
