We are seeking a versatile 2nd Line Technical Engineer who can help provide support the internal workforce and external customers at our outstanding client in North Cardiff.

You will join an amazing office / working environment and be helping to support Windows OS’s, Office 365, network and telephony, VoIP / Mobile Device Support and the Service Desk.

Key Areas of Responsibility: -

Daily Infrastructure monitoring, Following ITIL method Diagnose and resolve minor network issues e.g. LAN access, User Account setup and maintenance, Set-up and configuration of new Desktops, laptops, VoIP Phones, Mobiles and Tablets, Liaise with external support companies, where necessary, Mobile Device and Asset Management, Printer Support and consumable replenishment, Anti-Virus and Windows update monitoring and management and Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software related issues.
