IT Support Analyst - Cardiff
1st / 2nd Line Helpdesk Support with some floorwalking - Early November Start Ideally

Our long standing client in central Cardiff is expanding its Service Desk team by another two heads so we'd be keen to hear from you if you have around 6-12 months previous experience and are now looking for your next challenge.

You'll be supporting a wide range of IT users, from novices to technical administrators, so your personality, customer focus and ability to speak to people at all levels within the company will be vital for this one.

You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries around various Microsoft products, networking, telephony, hardware and in-house software applications. Whenever possible you'll provide solutions over the telephone or via remote desktop but will also be helping with floorwalking support for hardware and peripheral fixes as required.

A little experience of the following would be ideal:

Windows 7
Microsoft Office 2010
Outlook / Exchange

Your role will also involve the installation of programs and customising of software to suit a users needs, setting up ICT hardware (including PC’s, printers, scanners, mobile devices etc), assisting in office moves and telephone handset / telephone network support where needed,
