We are seeking an experienced Service Excellence / Delivery Lead for a well-known company in Cardiff.

You'll be responsible for the delivery and support of operational IT services across the business and help shape the Service Strategy with the collaboration of the IT Senior Leadership Team and peers involved in the Architecture, Solutions, and Infrastructure functions.

You'll be helping to provide a comprehensive view of the requirements of the business in order to design, develop, implement and deliver effective continual service improvement. You''ll be responsible for leading the 24 x 7 x 365 Service Desk, Incident/Problem Management and Request Fulfilment teams.

If you have a background within Incident management (in a 24x7x365 multi-site environment) and senior level leadership experience of complex teams within following functions and processes we'd be really keen to hear from you:

o Service Desk
o Incident Management
o Request Management
o Problem Management
o Service Continuity Management
o Service Knowledge Management
o Event Management
o Service Level Management

An ITIL Foundation Certificate and ITIL Intermediate Service Operation Qualification would really help as well.
