IntaPeople are working with an award-winning leader in life sciences and smart data management and analysis who are require a Junior DevOps Engineer to join their expanding technical team. The client has strong links to research and development in the critical emerging markets of microbiomics and human genomics.
We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to develop and maintain deployment processes across a range of products. The candidate will need to utilise a good understanding of Linux to solve complex installation and configuration challenges. Good experience with tools such as Chef, Docker and Terraform will be required to develop and maintain the automated deployment of a range of products. The candidate should be up to date with latest DevOps approaches and be able to contribute ideas to further improve the existing Continuous Integration environment.
Key Requirements: (min 12months commercial experience)
•Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS and Azure
•InSpec /Serverspec - infrastructure testing and compliance
•Docker / Docker Swarm (or Kubernetes)
•Linux - solve complex installation and configuration challenges
•Terraform (or other E.g. Cloud Formation)
•Git and GitHub
•Have worked in / be aware of SCRUM environment
•Python / Pearl / Geolang
•Experience working in a scientific environment
