Software Developer - C#, ASP.NET, MVC - Swansea - £45,000 - £50,000

We’re looking for a software developer with C#, ASP.Net and MVC skills to join one of Wales most successful independent technology companies. The successful candidate will play a major role in developing an exciting SaaS web development project; if you have a desire to help shape the future of the project by involving yourself in all aspects of the development cycle, from planning the sprint deliveries in partnership with the Product Manager, through to testing and release strategy then we would highly recommend getting in touch.

As a developer joining this team you will need to have a passion for development as well as an ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly; if you’re a developer that has progressed as far as you can in your currently company and looking to work with an innovative, technology focused team with a fun atmosphere including regular X box tournaments, social events, and free beers at the end of month gathering then definitely read on!

The successful candidate will be joining a skilled and very dynamic team - Technology is key here and this is definitely not the kind of company that will shoot down different ideas / ways of doing things. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of C#, ASP.net (MVC), SCRUM and TDD. Also, any experience of ElasticSearch, Azure and JS frame works would be highly beneficial (or at least the desire to learn!)

The day to day responsibilities of the role will be varied however some accountabilities may include -
* Work closely with the SCRUM team to help shape and deliver development cycles
* Work closely with the senior team members, ensuring consistency in technical solutions
* Build high quality deliverables in line with the product roadmap
* Being responsible for ensuring technical excellence throughout the team
* Mentoring other team members in an appreciation of industry best practice
