Senior Vendor / Contracts Manager - £60,000 - £70,000 + 6K Car DOE (excellent package & benefits).
Location: West London

IntaPeople have a new requirement for a senior vendor manager to join a market leading technology client in West London. The successful candidate will be articulate, an excellent negotiator, imaginative and a great sales professional!

This is a through-and-through vendor management role, where the successful candidate will have to understand, support and participate in delivering the team’s strategic growth plans. Your skills in managing the relationships and performance of the contract will be crucial in keeping the organisation on track.

The role will involve the development and strengthening of long-term, sustainable relationships with a portfolio of vendor partners, third party sub-contractors and solution providers as well as -
Managing the portfolio of vendor partners.
Fulfil RFI/RFP requirements and to optimise sales & margin opportunities.
Contribute to vendor recruitment, their respective governance and the production of corporate engagement management reports.
Contribute to the reporting required for corporate engagements, develop and maintain a repository of all vendor assessments (e.g. spend & commercial value).
Establish, record and monitor vendor KPI’s and report the cost impact of products, software and services (e.g. following down-times, responsiveness)
Monitor and manage the commercial impact relating to all change requests

Our ideal vendor manager will need solid experience in a similar role ideally with large scale service agreements. They will be also need to draw upon technical, legal, commercial and tax knowledge to inform decisions around product and solution design. This includes an understanding of global customs and taxation obligations.

We’re looking for a proven track-record of maximising product performance through vendor relationships as well as -
First rate strategic and commercial skills
Demonstrable knowledge of legal & regulatory frameworks.
Strong communication, influencing and negotiating ability.
Experience of driving third party performance and delivery.
Proven experience of operating in a fast-paced, demanding and evolving environments.
