    With our exclusive package you will benefit from enhanced advertising channels and advanced candidate sourcing methods such as branded networking events, headhunting and our candidate tagging and tracking service.

    Our tagging and tracking systems allow us to create a bespoke database of potential candidates who are specific to your projected recruitment and resource needs. This means that whether you need to recruit in the next 3 months or two years there will be a database of relevant potential candidates ready to review, saving you time and associated costs.

    Your dedicated Account Manager will create a unique recruitment strategy based on the skillsets you require. They will also provide you with highly comprehensive monthly reports, making it far easier to understand what is happening, what is and isn’t working and how things can be improved.

    You will have an allocated Candidate Consultant per assignment and we have the ability to scale up our project team in line with the size and timelines of your recruitment drive if required to ensure successful delivery.

    If you already have a recruitment strategy in place and want to use multiple recruitment agencies then our PSL package is right for you. Due to our wide candidate network, and comprehensive and meticulous vetting process we are in a strong position to add value to any PSL.

    In order to find you the best candidates we will advertise your vacancy on our website and external job boards. We will also search for suitable candidates using both internal and external databases. Through LinkedIn Recruiter we have access to the entire LinkedIn network (300M+ members) and we can find the right candidate using 20+ premium search filters.

    Once suitable candidates have been qualified for your role we will send through their CVs for you to review. From here we will act as an intermediary between you and the candidate, arranging interviews, handling interview feedback, negotiating offers and confirming candidate acceptance.
