Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Salary: £18 – 19.5k per year Location: Swansea Position: Permanent
IntaPeople are currently working with a very well established client who are recruiting for Desktop Support Engineers for their Swansea based office. This Desktop Support Engineer will have strong problem solving skills, good communications skills and experience of implementing service improvements according to SLAs and OLAs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The role will involve the technical delivery of projects including prioritising, scheduling and implementing phases, acting as a point of contact for the Service Configuration team, high levels of customer support and communication and working to ensure you are delivering the highest quality of service at all time.
Working within a team, you will contribute and assist in daily tasks such as the planning of work and providing support to the Service Support teams and customers. Experience in the following is required:
-A knowledge of desktop and laptop computer systems -Experience of Audit processing -Knowledge of Active Directory, VOIP and Windows technologies -Proven face to face customer support experience
