Job Title: IT Data Manager (SQL 2008, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS) Location: Hertfordshire Permanent Salary £ £34,549 + £555 (Outer Fringe Allowance) pa and up to £3,000 Market Supplement
We are currently seeking candidates for an IT Data Manager for a leading public sector organisation based in Hertfordshire. The client is a leading figure in the education marketplace and this is a lead role in a small but progressive IT department.
We are seeking a motivated, forward-thinking individual to help us to achieve our business goals. The following exciting opportunity has arisen within our Information Technology Team in our Resources Division in Hertfordshire.
You will have excellent skills and experience encompassing: SQL Server 2008 / 2008 R2, stored procedures, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and business intelligence / data warehouse technologies. Any experience of working with Microsoft applications especially Microsoft CRM is an advantage.
The post requires strong communication and people skills and a demonstrable ability in imparting understanding and technical concepts to people of all levels and technical abilities. You must also be able to demonstrate hands-on experience in satisfying users’ management information requirements, enjoy working and problem solving in a creative way and be prepared to research and implement effective, efficient and flexible solutions.
