Sales Manager – Medical Laboratory Equipment Cardiff £40,000 plus bonus, company car allowance

Intapeople are looking for an ambitious sales manager to work for a leading laboratory equipment manufacturer to define and plan a new sales strategy.

This is a newly created position giving you the autonomy to mould and grow a sales team to be successful in developing set targets from the international sales manager.

You will have experience in either the medical sales field or have experience of selling Lab equipment into health boards, hospitals universities etc.



You will be required to travel as and when needed throughout client sites in the UK as well as contribute at key exhibitions in the EU, regular liaison with other management figures in the company will help you plan and prepare sales initiatives and help you set up the strategy going forward.

The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience in medical – life sciences sectors and have the ability to write and implement a sales plan for a medium sized company with growth aspirations over the next 5 years.
