Senior Support Engineer - South Wales £30-35k

Intapeople is working closely with a prestigious technology company who is urgently seeking a Senior Support Analyst.
This is a new position created because of a substantial growth in new customers. We're really looking for a good all round Service Desk Engineer with some really strong technical 2nd and 3rd Line Support skill.
You should have the technical know how to resolve most remote server and system issues on a 24/7/365 Service Desk which is operated under the service framework in keeping with ITIL standards.
You will need a strong customer focus and will be working closely with customers, 3rd parties and colleagues to manage incidents, customer expectations, problem and change management as well as fault resolution.
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following mix of skills and experience:
ITIL Service Desk 2nd/3rd line
Monitoring tools associated to hardware and infrastructure products
Windows 2003 / 2008 /Exchange / Active Directory / DNS & TCP/IP
UNIX/VMware (ideally but non-essential)
This is a market leading company that has a good reputation in hiring some of the best and brightest talent in South Wales.
We feel this role should be commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, Cwmbran, Rhondda, Merthyr, Barry, Bridgend, Port Talbot and Swansea.
