Engineering Manger

£40,000-£45,000

Commutable from Cardiff, Bridgend, Swansea, Newport

Intapeople are looking for an experienced engineering manager with a background in product design. Managing a team of 9-10 , you will oversee R & D, Design, Test and quality engineers in a company who manufacturer high quality products into various different sectors.

You will have strong man management experience with NPD experience and be able to drive several projects to market at any given time.

You will be commercially astute and liaise with various other departments to help ensure the products are sufficient to client requirements.

The role would suit someone who has worked in either a low or high volume experience as long as you have New Product Introduction experience.
