As a result of continued growth an opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join a global service provider in the South Wales area.
Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Neath
Salary: £17,500 - £32,000 dependant on experience
Working as part of a team you will report to a Service Provision Manager. You will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line application support to a number of clients in a variety of sectors adhering to agreed SLA's.
Candidates should have demonstrable experience of at least 2 of the following:
MS SQL Server 2000
ASP
VB6
Crystal Reports
You should also have previous experience of at least 1 of the following:
VBScript
MS Access
EMC Documentation e-Rooms
