Test Engineer – Middlesex – £40K
I am looking for a highly motivated Test Engineer to work for a growing digital technology and services supplier.
The client provides a business management platform which controls the flow of content to different technological devices to ensure high quality and reliable systems.
As a test engineer, you will be responsible for testing system components, analysis, design and execution of test scenarios which ensure the quality of these highly complex systems.
Working closely with the development team on their latest software product releases, you must:
• Have an excellent knowledge of software testing procedures
• Have experience of Linux
• Have solid scripting or coding experience (e.g. Bash, Python, PHP, Perl)
• Have strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication
• Be self-motivated and a team player
The successful candidate will also have a keen interest in technologies and be able to pick up new technologies quickly and easily. ISEB certification and test automation experience are desirable.
