Product Development Manager

c£55,000 - £70,000 package (inclusive of - Health Care, Pension, Bonus)
A thriving managed service with a strong presence in the telecom and virtualisation market are seeking a Product Development Manager with good commercial acumen, a technical understanding, good line management and mentoring skills.
The successful candidate will have a background in both new product development and line management and have ideally worked in a managed service environment. Acting as a link between the commercial and technical teams, you will be managing existing products, developing new products and launching them into the market.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion and drive for product development. Strong financial modelling, business case, pricing, documentation and negotiation skills are needed.
Exposure to either of the following technologies will be highly advantageous - MPLS networking, Virtualisation, Software as a Service, VoIP, or Cisco.
The opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong time management skills, who have the ability to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for deliverables.
