Due to continued success and several new projects, one of our most prestigious clients has an immediate requirement for an Electrical Engineer with a solid Building Services / Critical Facilities background.
Skills Required:
Candidates are required to have a good honours degree accompanied by four to five years Electrical engineering, including experience with UPS and generators. You will have excellent in depth technical expertise in managing all aspects of electrical design projects including concept design, equipment selection, system layout , field investigation and construction administration. Due to the nature of the position excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite along with excellent time management and problem solving skills. Candidates with data centre project experience or critical facilities exposure will be strongly favoured.

As an Electrical Engineer you will have experience of the following:
- Leading efforts in the production of drawings, using AutoCAD
- Possess detailed knowledge of equipment from various Electrical manufacturers
- Ability to perform electrical calculations / estimate construction costs to support designs
- Ability to write technical reports and communicate design concepts via sketches and renderings
Good client facing skills is required, with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to listen. Proven problem solving skills and a willingness to travel throughout the region are essential.
