An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Agile Scrum QA Test Manager who is driven and highly motivated with the desire to work with bleeding edge technology on market leading applications.
Our client wishes to set up a new QA Test department in line with Agile Scrum best practices and requires a proven QA Test Manager with extensive Agile experience to get this up and running. Ideally the successful QA Test Manager will have expert knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and have previously implemented Agile and Scrum processes into a newly formed QA Test team.
The QA Test Manager will have complete responsibility for the Test team which will grow rapidly over the course of the next few months, the QA Test Manager will also be responsible for budgets and identifying departmental needs in line with the business strategic growth plans.
Extensive experience of:
• Testing
• Test Management experience
• Agile and Scrum
• Scrum Master certified
• Implementing Agile Scrum processes
Following experience would be desirable:
• Acceptance Test Driven Development
• Setting up a new department
• KANBAN methodology
