HP Service Manager 7 Specialist Consultant

Intapeople currently have an urgent requirement for an experienced HP Service Manager 7 Specialist Consultant. We are looking to conduct interviews this week with a somewhat immediate start.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate customer requirements meetings and workshops with customers in order to capture requirements for a Service Manager 7 based solution
• On-site technical implementation of customer requirements within the Service Manager 7 tool
• On-site technical implementation of customer requirements around Service Manager 7 integrations (including ConnectIT)
• Supporting all elements of a IT Service Management implementation, including testing, training and documentation
Essential skills for the role
• Extensive experience in HP Service Manager (or Peregrine ServiceCenter)
• Experience in IT Service Management related project implementations
• Well versed in ITIL disciplines
• ITIL certification (to at least Foundation)
• Experience of taking responsibility for the design and implementation of IT Service Management projects
• ‘Soft skills’ for presenting and facilitating meetings and workshops
• Strong documentation and communication skills
