We are currently looking for a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants as part of our ongoing expansion. Initially you will work as a Researcher, providing support for both New Business Consultants and Account Managers within the organisation. Your primary focus will be the search and selection of IT and Engineering professionals for clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. You will be responsible for identifying and interviewing key candidates within the industry through varied methods including Advertising, professional networking and headhunting.
In addition you will be required to consistently carry out market trend analysis, provide advice and guidance to candidates of all levels and keep up to speed with the evolving technologies associated with the IT or Engineering industry.
Following a successful training period and gaining a thorough understanding of the IT or Engineering recruitment industry successful consultants will be expected to progress into a New Business role within the organisation. Although candidates with previous recruitment experience from any industry that are looking to retrain into a professional market would be preferred applications are welcomed from candidates with excellent communication skills and a desire to succeed.
