Systems Engineer

£30,000 + on call allowance + benefits
Intapeople have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading media agencies in the heart of London. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining hosted environments for web-based applications.
The successful candidates will need to have hosting experience in a LAMP environment ideally gained within a digital agency or a commercial hosting company. Please ensure your CV demonstrates references to
Linux – (ideally Red Hat but open to all flavours)
Apache
MySQL
PHP
The role will involve monitoring backup infrastructure and configuration management systems.
Experience with Mac operating systems, Windows XP desktop, Windows Server 2003, Ms SQL Server and Citrix XenServer will be advantageous. Should you have experience with these technologies please ensure you make references to them in your CV.
