Design Manager
South Wales
£20k-£25k
We are currently recruiting for a forward thinking Design Manager for our South Wales based client. You’ll need a solid understanding of both Graphics and Web design principles ideally from a design agency environment or an in house department with a wide range of print / web design projects under your belt coupled with experience of managing and mentoring junior designers.
You’ll be working on a variety of projects from PDF creation, web development, Content Management System updates and managing the full project lifecycle. You’ll be expected to schedule, oversee and manage the work undertaken by the team. Coupled with commercial experience of using both PC/MAC with the following software knowledge:
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat
• Flash
• QuarkXpress
• Dreamweaver
Successful candidates will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude and show strong leadership qualities.
