Intapeople currently have an urgent need for a CCNA certified 1st line support Engineer with Remedy experience to join our Cardiff based client. Although the role will initially be focused on 1st line support, candidates demonstrating excellent skill and desire to progress may have the opportunity to be fast tracked through to 2nd line support.
It is essential that candidates are CCNA certified and have commercial experience working with Remedy call logging system in an ITIL compliant environment. Any exposure to Service-now software would also be highly advantageous.
