VB/SQL Database Developer

Due to rapid expansion, my client a well established software company in the motor trade, are looking to recruit a VB/SQL Database Developer to join their talented team.

As a VB/SQL/ Database Developer you’ll be responsible for working on the company’s constantly evolving software.
Your role will involve migration of products from MS Access to SQL Server, making ongoing improvements to software, developing new features, and assisting with any other projects they have in the pipeline.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
SQL Server programming and administration experience, including performance tuning, triggers, and stored procedures
VB programming skills, or VBA skills with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Office automation
The ideal VB/SQL Developer / Database Developer will also be an excellent communicator with great problem solving skills, the ability to work in a team and a flexible approach.
