Intapeople have a requirement for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join an existing IT department of a local consultancy. The main responsibilities of the 2nd Line Support Analyst will be to provide day to day Support of Live Application System issues to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
• Day to day 2nd Line Support of Live Application Systems
• Application Development for small projects
• System specification writing.
• Develop programming ability and system analysis skills.
Key Skills:
• 2nd Line Support Experience
• Development experience is desirable
• Excellent communications skills and professional manner
• IT Related degree desirable
